Sometimes the contact form will not work and if user enters his details and send it you will not receive the information. So here the solution for it.
The solution is using Google Forms. In this article we are gonna learn about how to collect information using Google Forms and make it as a contact form in blogger.
You would have noticed that the small organizations or companies who can't afford the cost of handling a website more oftenly use google forums to collect user's responses. Google forms is very helpful for such and it is free of cost which is appreciable.
How to create Contact Form in Google Forms?
1.Go to Google Forms.
2.Click on the 'Contact information form'.
3.The form will open after that give name and description for the form.
4.Leave the name and Email section as it is and tap on address section and change address name to message .
5.Delete all other sections only name, email and address sections are necessary.
You can customize your form by changing colors and all if you need.
Now the question is how to place this in your blog. It is very simple.
1.Just tap on the 'send' button on the top right corner.
2.Tap on the < > icon there come the 'Embeded HTML code' of the form.
3.Just copy the code and paste in blogger wherever you want.
If as a widget go to blogger>layout>add gadget>HTML javascript and paste this code.
If you want the form in a page or post just open the HTML view of it and paste the code.
How to see the responses of the users?
Just go to Google forums and tap on the form you created previously and on top tap on the 'Responses' you can see the responses.
How to get mail to your mail id when a new response is entered?
Just go to responses as mentioned above and and click the 3 dot icon and select 'Get email notifications'.
That's it now you will never face a problem of contact form not working.
